Service man very pleasant and efficient. Very professional.

Stuart's is a class act. The tech showed up on time, presented me with a good understanding of the scope of work and cost, and got to work as soon as I agreed to the deal. My tenant has hot water again and I've got a really tidy installation to be proud of. Highly recommended service. Very easy to deal with.

I would recommend Stuart's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Lee was my plumber today, he was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

Ask for Luis! He’s the best and is a very skilled plumber. He was the only plumber who was able to fix a leak without having to bust a wall down when multiple other companies recommended we do that

Lee is absolutely a Superstar! He goes above and beyond with customers and he is a true champion! Stuart's Plumbing struck gold in such a major way when they brought Lee on board as apart of their team. I hope that management will see this and recognize Lee for being such an amazing person. Lee is 110% the best!

Paul did an outstanding job.

Aaron was great! He assessed the situation and offered a flat rate quote which was very reasonable. He worked quickly and the job was top knotch! Will definetly call again!

Jeffrey was our service person, he was very knowledgeable explained what he would be doing and checking,. Problems he seen he got us and showed us the issue. He unclogged my two bathrooms and my kitchen sink. He took his time to explain the pipes and the outcome. Our house was built on 1974 so it is metal piping he patiently answered all of our questions and explained the different things we could do to prevent this constant problem. I will be having him comeback and do the rest of the plumbing , I did not feel pressured or pushed into doing anything Jeffrey was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining details and I felt like he was very honest and trustworthy.

Stuart's Plumbing has been great to work with. Our sewer line broke causing a massive leak. They came out and worked with us over the past few weeks. They showed us the issues and presented us with different solutions. We will use Stuart's Plumbing again in the future.

Stuart’s did a whole repiping on our house. The technicians were very polite and professional I’d recommend them to anyone needing plumbing done without hesitation.

They replaced a broken section of sewer pipe.

Toilet works great now, THANKS. What i did not like was that your rep tried to sell me a new toilet when i told him that this toilet was not even two years old. Could you email a copy of the receipt from the last visit (5/24/23. Thanks.

Had a leak after hours. Called and spoke with the answer service. Within an hour had an appointment scheduled for the repair. Gentleman arrived a few minutes early and in no time the hot water heater was replaced! I have used Stuart's Plumbing for 14 years, and they are always prompt, friendly and easy to work with! Replaced fill valve and flapper in toilet. Quick, professional, courteous, and easy to work with.

Martin from Stuart's was very professional. He explained my options & the procedures and did an excellent job. The area was clean and ready for the washer/dryer installation when he was done.

Martin came out from Stuarts Plumbing and I explained to him the problem. He took pictures, got the parts and tools and went to work. In a short time both toilets and faucets were back in working order. I will use Stuarts Plumbing in the future

Too expenciveto glue around or cement around the toilet the repairs should be reasonable to use any repair person in the future. If I add my own sprinklers to attach outside faucet to timer and don't even let me put new battery's in timer or don't know how to programme timer to see if sprinklers working or not collect money and leave is not professional. I used to do myself but with back problems didn't mind paying but not for just adding sprinklers to pipes. I did explain about sprinklers attach and adjust if they are properly working. Sorry but not at all happy.

Jonathan was the technician sent to our home today. He did an excellent job on our kitchen faucet installation and valve repair and also was knowledgeable about a future repair and gave us an estimate on fixing the pluming for a Roman tub. Jonathan is very personable and professional. Great work.

I was very impressed with Stuart’s plumbing. We started having issues with our toilets not flushing late at night. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the next morning. Before 8am the office called to confirm my appointment and time frame of 9-12. The technician called shortly after 9 and arrived at my house by 9:30. By 10:30 the issue was resolved. Jeff the technician was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will definitely use them again for any future repairs.

Martin Perez handled our septic tank line clog quickly. Luckily you were able to get to us promptly. When the toilets back up panic sets in. He had some great ideas to avoid future backups. Thank you!

Good company. Service person is best explains ever step and cleans up after. I’ve used Stuart plumbing for five years bc I had issues with roto rotor and another local plumbing company. I like Stuart for their suggestions and treating me with respect.

We had to replace an old hot water heater located in attic. Louis and his assistant finished the job iust over 2 hours. Stuart's Plumbing did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needa.

Super pleased with Lee Gaston's work!! He was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. Lee went over all of the warranty information and made sure I understood everything. His work was done in a timely matter without rushing through the process and everything looked amazing when he left. I will always ask for Lee when I need any plumbing work done. Overall, all of the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful!

Fantastic experience. The online scheduling system is much preferred (to me). My water heater went out and I called our "usual" plumber and was told they were booked out 9 days. 9 days with no hot water isn't acceptable. Found Stuart's, made an online appointment same day, recorded a little video of my situation, attached it and some pictures, and two hours later they were here swapping out my water heater. They had what I needed on the truck, were prepared, professional and polite. I took a hot shower a couple hours later grinning ear to ear. I've got a new plumbing company now! Keep it up!

I cannot recommend any higher for a plumbing service in Lakeland. Please hire these folks for your plumbing needs!My whole experience from Kayla and Andrea in the office, to the techs: Paul, Skylar, Jon, and Roman was friendly, professional, on time, quick, and efficient.

We used Stuart’s Plumbing to install a waterline in our garage to connect to the sink that we purchased.We were very pleased with the technician Martin from the first day he came out and gave us and estimate until completion of the job.Martin took time to give us possible options of for placement of the sink.This was something the other company we called didn’t do when the gave us an estimate.On the day of installation Martin andJustin arrived as scheduled, provided excellent customer service and performed a great. Small leak reported to me by water company by mail. Must have been for several days. Found at valve coming into house. pin hole in pipe next to valve. Shut valve off at the street. Called Stuart about 9:30 am, they promised technician between noon and 3 pm. Same day! He showed up just before 2. Explained the problem, he gave me a price and we agreed and he went to work. Replace some pipe, added new valve and was done before 3. Paul was a friendly guy and knew what to do. Could not be happier. I have difficulty walking because of a stroke and my wife is in rehab from and fractured ankle. I did not need this problem and Stuart's made it go away.

Stuart's plumbing is hands down the best plumbing service I have ever used.They were responsive from the start and the receptionist was super polite getting all the details for the job needed.The plumber, Jeff, was patient and answered all my questions and made sure I understood the issue and what was required to solve it. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Arrived early, and completed work (major Leak) within 35 minutes!

We've used Stuart's for a while.They were always good although bit overpriced but we didn't mind paying price for good service. Asked them to install a hybrid hot water heater.They gave us a quote for almost $6,000. So my husband bought one from home Depot was just under $1,000 and we paid Stuarts plumbing to install it. We needed three outdoor water valves replacedThey charged over $600.00 to do that job. Pricey. But ok. Then last week we started having an issue with our hot water heater. Throwing a code. So my husband called to make an appointment the girl on the phone said "hang on a minute before I make this appointment let me make sure that I have someone that can work on a hybrid" She came back said yes she had someone and made the appointment for 9:00 this morning. At 8:30 they call and tell my husband that there's no one there that works on hybrids,v now remember they tried to sell me a $6,000 hybrid hot water heater that apparently no one there, all of a sudden works on.And you're going to call at 8:30 when you're supposed to be here at 9:00?Horrible business practices I'm just going to call it what it is. Don't call them to work on something even if they installed it because they don't all of sudden work on it and they're going to charge you $600 to cut off three old water spouts and put in three cheap ones that I could have bought at home Depot for three bucks each. But hey we're not plumbers so we paid the $600 So I guess it's not Stuart's that's stupid it's me for giving them my money but no more. Stuarts thinks they're special and they think that they're the only plumber in Lakeland.I'm sure there are other plumbers in Lakeland that will gladly take my money just like Stuarts has for the last 5 years

Our next door neighbor used Stuart's a couple years ago to replace her sewer line. When ours backed up early this spring and we met with Stuart Baldick, we quickly came to the conclusion that they were the company for us. He was very thorough in his evaluation and their lead technician Martin Perez was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and gave us the opportunity to make the choice if there were 2 ways to do a particular task. All the techs were professional, yet "fun" to have around. They all gained our trust right from the beginning.No regrets and we highly recommend.

Paul phoned fifteen minutes before arrival and showed up at the beginning of the time scheduled. He immediately found access to the bathtub leak that avoided ceiling damage.He diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly and told me what caused it so I could avoid it in the future, and tightened the loose handles on the tub while he was here.This was a small job, but it was handled like it was important.Couldn't be better. Highly recommend Stuart's Plumbing for communication, dependability, responsiveness, workmanship, professionalism, and value.

Guys knocked it out of the park. After the run around from True Plumbers, I reached out to Stuarts Plumbing. Guys came out, found the issue, over the course of a few days back and forth with the local utilities they were able to get me fixed up. I tip my hat to the owner who also showed up to give a hand. While in the middle of work, a neighbor was grilling him over a repair unseen initially. The owner maintained his cool and explained the situation. Girls in the office were very responsive and always followed up. All I can say is thank you and at this point, Stuarts Plumbing is my first choice if I ever need service again. Finally a company that does what they say, not the fly by night crew. Thanks again.

Stuart's plumbing came to my rescue by getting a very qualified plumber to fix a leaky pipe inside a wall on a VERY short notice. Doc was polite, professional and did excellent work! Thank you.

This is the second time that we have had Doc come out and do work for us. He is just the best guy. He is very friendly and dedicated to his work. Even grieving for the loss of his sweet pup, Sophie, he didn't let us down in anything he did. Well done, sir! We will miss you when you retire!

Stuart always responds promptly, all of the techs are professional and they only do the work actually needed, no "upselling" to inflate the price. They actually tell you that you don't need something done.

On time both men Jonathan Roop and Lee did a great job at my home today they were knowledgeable with expanding the procedure for my kitchen sink and garbage disposal and fixing my sink fixture in one bathroom and fixing leaky pipe in another bathroom. Would highly recommend their Service and hire Stuart's Plumbing again.

Check for leak and assured us there was none. The service was very professional and a good experience.

I thought there was a stoppage in my drain line causing backup; however, they quickly discovered it was a sewer septic tank issue ( they actually dug it up to confirm the issue).. They were quick to share their recommendations because what they could had done would be just a quick fix and not solve the problem. I opted to correct the issue and not utilize them as a Band-Aid ... they were very honest and was not just trying to get paid for a service fee,

The galvanized pipe near my water heater was an accident waiting to happen. Cleaned it out and updated to code the entire area. Reasonably priced fast work No problems Highly recommend

Aaron was hard to understand. First quote was an unnecessary replacement of all my pipes at $919.00. When I contacted my son, he said not to do this and just flush the sewer line. That was still a lot of money at $325! And, in the process of hooking up the extension cord, the socket was burned up as well as the other sockets on the circuit! Aaron said he would report this to his office and they would contact me.. I've waited a month and have not received a call, and I feel They are responsible since no other powerful electric cords used has given any problems! And the inspector cleared the electrical box prior to my purchase of this home. Sad way to do business!

Derrick and Martin were absolutely amazing! They were prompt and courteous. Their professionalism was evident in their quality work! I would highly recommend Stuart's Plumbing to all!!!
