I cannot recommend any higher for a plumbing service in Lakeland. Please hire these folks for your plumbing needs!My whole experience from Kayla and Andrea in the office, to the techs: Paul, Skylar, Jon, and Roman was friendly, professional, on time, quick, and efficient.

We used Stuart’s Plumbing to install a waterline in our garage to connect to the sink that we purchased.We were very pleased with the technician Martin from the first day he came out and gave us and estimate until completion of the job.Martin took time to give us possible options of for placement of the sink.This was something the other company we called didn’t do when the gave us an estimate.On the day of installation Martin andJustin arrived as scheduled, provided excellent customer service and performed a great. I would highly recommend Stuart’s Plumbing to my neighbors. I will be using them for allmy plumbing needs in the future.

Small leak reported to me by water company by mail. Must have been for several days. Found at valve coming into house. pin hole in pipe next to valve. Shut valve off at the street. Called Stuart about 9:30 am, they promised technician between noon and 3 pm. Same day! He showed up just before 2. Explained the problem, he gave me a price and we agreed and he went to work. Replace some pipe, added new valve and was done before 3. Paul was a friendly guy and knew what to do. Could not be happier. I have difficulty walking because of a stroke and my wife is in rehab from and fractured ankle. I did not need this problem and Stuart's made it go away.

Stuart's plumbing is hands down the best plumbing service I have ever used.They were responsive from the start and the receptionist was super polite getting all the details for the job needed.The plumber, Jeff, was patient and answered all my questions and made sure I understood the issue and what was required to solve it. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Paul, the service technician, replaced the gate valve supplying water to my house. I am extremely satisfied with his work and professionalism. The work was done quickly and in a true workman like manner.

Arrived early, and completed work (major Leak) within 35 minutes!

We've used Stuart's for a while.They were always good although bit overpriced but we didn't mind paying price for good service. Asked them to install a hybrid hot water heater.They gave us a quote for almost $6,000. So my husband bought one from home Depot was just under $1,000 and we paid Stuarts plumbing to install it. We needed three outdoor water valves replacedThey charged over $600.00 to do that job. Pricey. But ok. Then last week we started having an issue with our hot water heater. Throwing a code. So my husband called to make an appointment the girl on the phone said "hang on a minute before I make this appointment let me make sure that I have someone that can work on a hybrid" She came back said yes she had someone and made the appointment for 9:00 this morning. At 8:30 they call and tell my husband that there's no one there that works on hybrids,v now remember they tried to sell me a $6,000 hybrid hot water heater that apparently no one there, all of a sudden works on.And you're going to call at 8:30 when you're supposed to be here at 9:00?Horrible business practices I'm just going to call it what it is. Don't call them to work on something even if they installed it because they don't all of sudden work on it and they're going to charge you $600 to cut off three old water spouts and put in three cheap ones that I could have bought at home Depot for three bucks each. But hey we're not plumbers so we paid the $600 So I guess it's not Stuart's that's stupid it's me for giving them my money but no more. Stuarts thinks they're special and they think that they're the only plumber in Lakeland.I'm sure there are other plumbers in Lakeland that will gladly take my money just like Stuarts has for the last 5 years

Our next door neighbor used Stuart's a couple years ago to replace her sewer line. When ours backed up early this spring and we met with Stuart Baldick, we quickly came to the conclusion that they were the company for us. He was very thorough in his evaluation and their lead technician Martin Perez was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and gave us the opportunity to make the choice if there were 2 ways to do a particular task. All the techs were professional, yet "fun" to have around. They all gained our trust right from the beginning.No regrets and we highly recommend.

Paul phoned fifteen minutes before arrival and showed up at the beginning of the time scheduled. He immediately found access to the bathtub leak that avoided ceiling damage.He diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly and told me what caused it so I could avoid it in the future, and tightened the loose handles on the tub while he was here.This was a small job, but it was handled like it was important.Couldn't be better. Highly recommend Stuart's Plumbing for communication, dependability, responsiveness, workmanship, professionalism, and value.

Guys knocked it out of the park. After the run around from True Plumbers, I reached out to Stuarts Plumbing. Guys came out, found the issue, over the course of a few days back and forth with the local utilities they were able to get me fixed up. I tip my hat to the owner who also showed up to give a hand. While in the middle of work, a neighbor was grilling him over a repair unseen initially. The owner maintained his cool and explained the situation. Girls in the office were very responsive and always followed up. All I can say is thank you and at this point, Stuarts Plumbing is my first choice if I ever need service again. Finally a company that does what they say, not the fly by night crew. Thanks again.

Stuart's plumbing came to my rescue by getting a very qualified plumber to fix a leaky pipe inside a wall on a VERY short notice. Doc was polite, professional and did excellent work! Thank you.

This is the second time that we have had Doc come out and do work for us. He is just the best guy. He is very friendly and dedicated to his work. Even grieving for the loss of his sweet pup, Sophie, he didn't let us down in anything he did. Well done, sir! We will miss you when you retire!

Stuart always responds promptly, all of the techs are professional and they only do the work actually needed, no "upselling" to inflate the price. They actually tell you that you don't need something done.

On time both men Jonathan Roop and Lee did a great job at my home today they were knowledgeable with expanding the procedure for my kitchen sink and garbage disposal and fixing my sink fixture in one bathroom and fixing leaky pipe in another bathroom. Would highly recommend their Service and hire Stuart's Plumbing again.

Check for leak and assured us there was none. The service was very professional and a good experience.

I thought there was a stoppage in my drain line causing backup; however, they quickly discovered it was a sewer septic tank issue ( they actually dug it up to confirm the issue).. They were quick to share their recommendations because what they could had done would be just a quick fix and not solve the problem. I opted to correct the issue and not utilize them as a Band-Aid ... they were very honest and was not just trying to get paid for a service fee,

The galvanized pipe near my water heater was an accident waiting to happen. Cleaned it out and updated to code the entire area. Reasonably priced fast work No problems Highly recommend

Aaron was hard to understand. First quote was an unnecessary replacement of all my pipes at $919.00. When I contacted my son, he said not to do this and just flush the sewer line. That was still a lot of money at $325! And, in the process of hooking up the extension cord, the socket was burned up as well as the other sockets on the circuit! Aaron said he would report this to his office and they would contact me.. I've waited a month and have not received a call, and I feel They are responsible since no other powerful electric cords used has given any problems! And the inspector cleared the electrical box prior to my purchase of this home. Sad way to do business!

We discovered our water heater leaking in the garage. It escalated quickly, to the point we had to turn off the water to the house. Stuart's plumbing responded and shifted things around on their schedule so they could help us. Martin, the technician, was incredibly understanding and efficient. Assessed the situation and replaced the water heater within 2 business days, and for a fair price. We will use Stuart's for all future plumbing business.

Doc was super friendly and professional. He replaced the necessary pipes in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be using them again!!Only complaint was that I was not able to bed scheduled right away; it took about a week to get someone out to my house.

We had looked at four different water softener companies before giving Stuart's a call. Martin came out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and also had a wealth of product knowledge.A few weeks later Martin came out to do the actual installation. It was nice to see a real plumber do a very professional job. He took his time and was detail oriented.

My kitchen sink stopped up during a Labor Day cookout! The next morning, ( which is when I called) Stuart’s sent me a wonderful plumber named Paul Ford. He spent a long time unclogging my drain and shared all the details about the procedure. He was polite, professional, honest, and kind. I will be calling Stuart’s from now on.My pipes under the house totally collapsed! Stuart sent Aaron and Eugene to fix the problem- and thy did! They rerouted my drain system in less than a day! My kitchen is back in business thanks to these two hard working young men! Just in time for Christmas! Thanks Stuart’s Plumbing!

I contacted Stuart's Plumbing for a variety of issues I had let build up. I had a leaky kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced, a leak under the kitchen faucet, a bad garbage disposal, a laundry room sink leak, and a bathroom toilet that needed to be replaced. Everything was completed in a single trip by their very professional staff, who kept me informed as they completed each service. They arrived within their window, called to let me know they were on their way, reviewed all costs ahead of time, and made sure everything was spotless in all the areas they worked. I would highly recommend using Stuart's Plumbing!

Aaron drove back to the office to get the right part since he didn't have the part needed for repair. All done in the same day.

Jeffery and Skylar amazing team, had kitchen drain issue, two other plumbing companies came to house, without fixing problem. Stuart plumbing showed up on time, fixed drain issue from kitchen and installed new toilet. Excellent job and fair prices. My only regret was not hiring them first, but AHS home warranty would not allow me to hire anyone. Had to pay for plumbing done today and will not be reimbursed, but I am happy to Pay Stuart’s plumbing who fixed the problem and were so kind and helpful . Jeffery is definitely the drain expert, so pleased to have my kitchen back. Thank you so much, great company, recommend them highly. Finally fixed !

Our 2006 water heater needed to be replaced. Stuart's scheduled us for the day after I called, and the technician, Doc Crews, was great. He called to say he was on his way, sent an email with his picture, and replaced our water heater with a lovely new one that works perfectly. The charge was very reasonable, especially since he took the old water heater away.We would definitely use Stuart's again without hesitation.

Jonathan was the technician sent to our home today. He did an excellent job on our kitchen faucet installation and valve repair and also was knowledgeable about a future repair and gave us an estimate on fixing the pluming for a Roman tub.

Martin was a very knowledgeable representative of the company. Took the time to explain, and answer multiple questions.

The two guys were absolutely wonderful! My husband is sick in the hospital and they even helped me put items in my truck when they saw me struggling. They are definitely an asset to your company.

I had a home supply line crack and flood my entire backyard overnight. Stewarts Plumbing was very responsive and were willing to assist with the repair. Unbeknownst to me the supply line was ran through a concrete footing. And of course the pvc was broken inside of this footing. Doc and his helper arrived and within an hour and little elbow grease had the problem fixed. Doc was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The work was completed in a timely fashion and for a fair price. I would absolutely use Stewarts again and they will be my first recommendation to someone in search of a plumber.

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful and tried to repair the faucet before complete replacement. He did an fantastic clean up after the job was finished which my wife and I really appreciated. Although the cost seemed a little high, I would recommend them for anybody wanting quality and quick service.
