He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, explained what needed to be repaired, and completed the work quickly. Everything is working perfectly now, and he left the area clean when he was finished. I really appreciate the quality service and fair pricing. Our family has always been happy in our experience with Stuart Plumbing, both quality and reasonable price, and this service call by Drain Specialist Jeffrey Marsland was no exception. Jeffrey quickly and efficiently cleared our badly blocked drain, and was careful to leave the area clean afterwards. He was very friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. Additionally, the cost of the service was much lower than we had feared. 10/10 would recommend!

I don’t live in Florida but I own a home in Auburndale, and these guys handled an urgent situation for me quickly and professionally.My technician Johel was excellent. He kept me updated the entire time with detailed photos and calls, which I really appreciated since I wasn’t there in person. We called StuartsPlumbing AFTER the fact of trying to solve our plumbing issues with a cheaper route. Big Mistake! It actually would have saved us more money if we had just started this process wirh Stuart in the first place. Eric was determined to find a simple, but long term solution! I had a leak at an outside spigot soaking me when I needed to use it. I called for an appointment and got one for first thing in the morning which was convenient for me. Lee did a great job. He knew the issue right away and explained to me what needed to be done. He was very efficient, tested the new spigot, tested with my hose and nozzle to make sure I would have no more showers. The technician, Lee Gaston from Stuart’s Plumbing came out and gave me a written quote for the removal of a hot water heater and replace it with a new water heater. After reviewing the quote from their company and several others we agreed to have them come out and complete the work. The technician Lee Gaston, was communicative and let me know when he was within 20 minutes of arrival to our home. Lee was very professional and completed the job. I am very pleased with the installation and work. I asked the technician to quote me on some other plumbing work needed in the home. I plan on using them for all of my projects going forward.

We were in need of 4 new faucets and were very happy with Martin who called before arriving and did a wonderful job working with some unusual piping in our home. Very pleased with the results. We received an email and text prior to his arrival as well as a phone call from him when he was 10 minutes out. Update: forward to 2025 and dripping shower. Plumbing needed updating and fixtures replaced. Lee was sent and we had another excellent service call.
Johel came to our home later in the afternoon. Upon his arrival he seemed very professional and quickly assed what was needed to install a new replacement water heater. He called before he arrived asking questions about type and size of the water heater. He was prepared when he arrived at our home. I have had a lot of service representatives over the years visit our house. Johel is the GOAT of all Service Reps and my wife and I thought he was great. He was very professional, explained everything, was very good at his work, cleaned up the work space and insured the water heater work perfectly. I was really pleased with the prompt response to my dilemma when the water heater went out in the recent cold weather we were having that week. Within a couple hours, Lee, a wonderful technician arrived and removed the old heater and replaced it as well as fixing a small leak. I am looking forward to Stuart's working on other issues they found. Job well done!

I had Stuart's come over during the week last week for a backed up toilet. The tech there could not find the problem. I then had them put in a new toilet. I was satisfied with the work.

Stuart's Plumbing exceeded expectations. The staff member who came out to assess a clogged toilet gave me ALL options with NO pressure! Because the pricing was reasonable and expert opinion given freely on my thoughts, I ended up opting for not only one but both toilets in my house being replaced. They also replaced my water heater that needed to be moved from the middle to the corner of my garage (where it should be). The work done on both toilets and the water heater was flawless. All crew members were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I will always use and recommend Stuart's Plumbing!

Wonderful and very professional service. They showed up on schedule and slowly explained their process of identifying the problems and then offered options. They itemized the costs before continuing. They never stopped for a moment to get our job done. They came equipped with the right pump and other parts and worked until 7:30 pm in the dark with mosquitos biting in a bunch of mud and worst.
