Stuart plumbing can out the same day, within two hours. Our technician Paul was polite and awesome. He explained everything and showed us pictures so we could better understand the extent of the job. Definitely will be using Stuart plumbing again. Thank you to the plumber Paul Ford.

Absolutely fantastic service. I had a new washer installed

I had a dripping faucet in my master bath. I called and got an appointment for later that day. The installers arrived early, were very polite, explained my options and took care of the problem in a jiffy! I will use them for any plumbing issues I may encounter in the future and highly recommend them.

We had Jeffery and another gentleman. Both very nice, prompt, and professional. Gave a lot of options. I will be calling again. Would recommend to anyone including customers that I work with on a daily in my career.

UPDATE: I hate my pipes... PAUL FORD IS THE BEST. Always has been, always will be. This is the best plumbing company in town and I'm not sure it's even close. I don't know how he does it so effectively and efficiently, but by God he does. They have my business for life, my children's life, and my grandchildren's life. Should any of my children or grandchildren deny their services, it would be a dark day for America.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and got us scheduled for pipe replacement as quickly as they could.Highly Recommended and will use their services again when needed

Recently Manny arrived timely to install a water heater. He is one gracious young man. He installed the water heater with precision and skill. Nice people. They came the same day. Unclogged my kitchen sink via the roof. They wanted to charge me $675.00. I asked if they give a discount to seniors (I’m 70 and on s.s.) so they gave me $25.00 off. So $650.00 to clear one line. No thanks. They have lost my business.

Jeff and Joel were respectful, friendly, and took care of my issues quickly. Jeff explained everything in detail and took extra care to make sure I was making the most reasonable decisions. l had other plumbing issues that we discussed and I didn't feel pressured to make decisions, but felt educated and able to decide what to do when the time is right. Will definitely use Stuart's in the future!

Stuart's is one of those companies striving to be great in service to its clients. We had the pleasure of Rick coming out to handle a clogged drain line. While it was a weekend, after normal business hours, he took to the time to ensure the problem was resolved. He also had insightful recommendations for how to prevent further issues. He did this all wearing boot covers to protect our home and wipe up any issues or spots, he quickly worked to solve our problem and take care of our home. Thank you to Stuarts and Rick for a job well done!!

Timely, friendly and professional

The technician Lee Gaston was excellent. He explained everything completely and the work that was performed was done completely and to our satisfaction. We are extremely happy with the company and the service.

We have always used All Pro in the past and nothing against them but Stuart's just gained a new customer! We are very satisfied with them from the lady that answered my call to Paul our tech. This was my first appointment with Stuart's Plumbing. I had a terrible sewer back up which came into my home. Mr. Lee Gaston came , he presented his findings asked if where he parked was ok, asked if I wanted him to cover his feet. All around nice person, who saved my day....I definitely will and have passed their name on to my Grief support group . Thank-you for sending someone so promptly, it was greatly appreciated.

Stuarts plumbing did a great job installing our septic lines and also all the incoming water lines. They even removed and hauled away the old drain lines. This is one of the few places that actually answers their phone.I recently had another issue and made an after hours online appt. They all seem to be a pretty good bunch of guys.

10 out of 10. I'd recommend. My technician was Paul Ford and I can not praise this man enough. He went above and beyond expectations. He discovered my sewer line was not only clogged with roots but completely busted. He went as far as providing photos and videos for my claims. The folks of Stuart Plumbing Service, Lakeland, FL are GREAT to work with. I was able to secure an appointment in a few days after calling.Their approach to customers is straight forward but not coercive. I was given the decision of waiting or changing out my 15 year old hot water heater that had one good element still working. I made the decision to change out the unit. Thus insuring hot water would be there for me for as long as I needed to run it.The same tech came to install the unit, just a week after the initial appointment and had the job done in about an hour. I am very well pleased with the unit and the installation.Recommending Stuart Plumbing is easy for me....you will be pleased, as well if you use their services. MsBennett

These guys are great! Could not recommend a better pluming company! They helped my family out tremendously after we had a pipe burst and flood the house. They sent Kent out to assess the damage and scheduled the repair a week later and on a weekend too! Kent and his crew showed up and knocked it out fast! They turned a 2 day job into a 1 day job and we were back up and running! They were super professional and courteous during the whole job to my family and I. We are so thankful for Stuart’s and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. Outstanding job!!

Our family loves Stewart’s Plumbing. Not only are they timely in their response but professional in their interaction. We experienced a backup that was affecting our sink and laundry. Eric came out to our house and not only conducted the services needed to clean out the clog but also was very informative in the entire process. Eric presented me with a list of options along with their benefits and allowed me, as the home owner, to choose what I wanted. I didn’t feel as though the most expensive service was being pushed onto me.

We were in need of 4 new faucets and were very happy with Martin who called before arriving and did a wonderful job working with some unusual piping in our home. Very pleased with the results. We received an email and text prior to his arrival as well as a phone call from him when he was 10 minutes out. Update: forward to 2025 and dripping shower. Plumbing needed updating and fixtures replaced. Lee was sent and we had another excellent service call.

Prompt service! Juan and his partner performed professionally and explained the process thoroughly. Lee, came out prior to assess the job and provided options to address the pipe leak in the front yard.Due to my huge oak tree and the age of pipes (>14 years),Opted to re-pipe the main water line.Again the finished work was amazing, can’t even tell the front yard was dig up and I feel relieved with an updated main.Thank you!

Stuart's Plumbing did a great job! They were able to help out with my store's issue quickly, professionally, and all on the same day the issue occurred. Eric and Sebastian were awesome to work with! Our experience with Stuart Plumbing was excellent. The pipe from the city's water supply to our house was leaking, so we had to shut it off at the meter. We called Stuart's early in the morning and they were at our house in less than an hour and a half. We are very grateful they fit us in so quickly. It is so inconvenient to live without running water.Juan and the other gentleman that was with him were so professional and knowledgeable. They quickly found the leak and repaired it. I thought their invoice was reasonable and the service was exceptional. We will call Stuart's again the next time we need a plumber and will recommend them to friends and family.

I definitely would recommend them. I got a plumber by the name of Eric, and he was wonderful. Im a mom so having someone come in and be understanding about the kids is always great. He explained everything to me in a way that i could understand, he kept me in the loop with everything he was going to do. So thanks Eric and staurts plumbing for the help.

Needed a hot water heater replaced, they came out during the appointment window and walked me through everything they fixed at the end. Very professional and friendly.I did not opt for warranty with them but am very happy with the work they did because I could not afford it, but they were gracious enough to do the work with out one. Even answered several other questions for me. Will use again for next issues.
