We called Stuart's mid-morning, and they came out that afternoon. They discovered the problem and resolved the issued. They were very thorough and professional and kept me aware of the problem and what they would do to fix it. I am very happy with the results and the customer service.

JohelJohel was fantastic. He fixed everything we asked him to and he gave us excellent suggestions. He is the best.

Stuart’s Plumbing is always so helpful. Today, they serviced and flushed our tankless water heater. The technician, Manuel, described everything he was doing and provided photos after the service. He even took the time to inspect our dishwasher after I brought up a random issue I’ve noticed. Thank you Manuel and Stuart’s Plumbing for the great service!

Having the only working bathroom be in my bedroom for 4 people was a stressor I did not need. When it came to finding a plumber, I'm big on reviews, and I am so happy I selected Stuarts Plumbing. Not only were they quick to respond and come out the same day, Eric Z communicated exactly what to expect. He was so polite and positive, and he provided me multiple options to fix my problem and guaranteeing he would have our bathroom up and going before he left, and he did. Manuel and Jackson came to my home to diagnose my 2nd story leaking shower.They were knowledgeable and communicated what was wrong with my shower very well.They were professional and efficient at getting my leak resolved! 10/10 Definitely some piece of mind after their visit, thanks again!

Mr. Lee was quite personable while still being extremely professional. He explained specifically what the job entailed and was thorough. Johel came out earlier than expected. He did a thorough inspection of our problem and let us know what he was finding and doing every step of the way. He found what was wrong and took care of it. He also found an additional problem that probably is causing the problem we call him out for. He gave us an estimate and we will take care of it later. Johel has been here before for the repipe we had done a few months ago. He is very professional and at the same time very personable. We will always call Stuart’s for plumbing! Always happy with the results and the technicians!

Our technician was really nice. He thoroughly explained the issue and will be repairing our toilet. Every member of the Stuart family that we have had contact with have been very knowledgeable, honest, and super friendly.

I called a little after 9am to make an appt due to a leak under my kitchen sink. I received a call back before 10am and was told someone will be here between 10 and 2pm. I was shocked when I received a call about 10min later from Lee who said he was 10min away. He arrived, assessed the situation, gave me a quote which was very reasonable and got to work. It was amazing to watch him work, resolve the issues identified and he even cleaned up afterward. Would I recommend Stuart's Plumbing? Absolutely yes! Thank you so much! And Merry Christmas!

My husband spoke with Haley who was very nice and arranged to have the tech contact us. We got a call back from Johel. He was able to come over right away to diagnose the problem. He was great!

We had a toilet that was very wobbly and leaking. The contractor we usually use stopped the leak once before but couldn't stop the wobble. Recently it started leaking again so I decided to look for an actual plumber. I saw Stuart's online with high ratings so I decided to give them a try. They were awesome. Their guy not only stopped the leak but stabilized it too. It's solid now. He did a really great job. Their representative was super nice too. I will definitely call them again in the future should the need arise.

Stuart's re-piped my entire house and replaced several fixtures. They did excellent work, and the job even came in under the original estimation. Juan and his team were awesome, explained everything in advance and answered all my questions. I absolutely recommend Stuart's to anyone needing plumbing work.

Stuart's Plumbing was very professional with every communication. Calls were answered promptly and courteously. Wait time from original call to tech arrival was very short. A thorough bio of the tech was provided prior to appointment. Johel was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and informative. He showed us everything he was doing and related the pricing as he went. Jeffery and Skylar amazing team, had kitchen drain issue, two other plumbing companies came to house, without fixing problem. Stuart plumbing showed up on time, fixed drain issue from kitchen and installed new toilet. Excellent job and fair prices. My only regret was not hiring them first, but AHS home warranty would not allow me to hire anyone. Had to pay for plumbing done today and will not be reimbursed, but I am happy to Pay Stuart’s plumbing who fixed the problem and were so kind and helpful . Jeffery is definitely the drain expert, so pleased to have my kitchen back. Thank you so much, great company, recommend them highly. Finally fixed ! Just called Stuart’s plumbing again for house leak in bathroom. In floor, concrete slab, pipes are old, can happen again, so decided to replace with new pipes in attic. Kent and Pete came and found problem and gave me exceptional honest advice to resolve leak issue. Jack, Pete and Seth came to house to install all new pipes and hot water heater. They are an amazing team , very hard working, courteous and worked out many issues when dealing with older home. Very pleased with the work done, completed in two days. Definitely blessed to have Stuart’s plumbing and their expert plumbing technicians. Highly recommend them again, great company.

We were initially hesitant when Stewart's scheduled an apprentice plumber to us for our toilet repair. But stewart's has been trusted in lakeland for Many years, and we needed the leak fixed quickly. Johel did an excellent job! It turns out the leak was caused by a crack in the phlange, due to the " professional" who originally installed the toilet not ensuring it was fully level and tight. What started out as a simple job, quickly changed into something more complicated but it didn't bother him one bit ! He explained to me what was needed to correct the problem and stabilize the toilet. He adjusted the phlange to make space for two metal bracers, drilling bolts INTO CONCRETE like he had done this a hundred times. Even with the unexpected hiccup, the toilet was reinstalled ( and level checked ! ), all cleaned up and payment processed in less than an hour from when he arrived. ( will not tell you how long the "pro" took for the original install - with an assistant) And this is why Stewart's has been in business so long ! They train them so well that their APPRENTICES do better work than anybody else!

The Stuart's Plumbing Rep arrived at 9AM which was the start of our window. That was very welcomed. We have a newly purchased home with shower issues. I had a blockage that was quite severe. Eric and Justin worked tirelessly to make sure it was completely removed. They went above and beyond. Professional, courteous, explained everything so that I can avoid future issues. I am impressed beyond words. Wonderful company. We have utilized the service of Stuart’s Plumbing over the past 3 years on different occasions . A few of our needs were minor issues but we have also needed their services for some large repair needs. Manny and Seth did an excellent installation of my Navien tankless water heater and removal of my old tank heater. They did all the appropriate test of all connections and answered all my questions. They even made a new connection for my refrigerator water for ice connection. They cleaned out where the old heater was located. Now I have endless hot water.

Had Stuart's Plumbing out for the first time a few days ago and they are my new go to plumbers! Haley made setting up the appointment easy, she was professional and polite. Jack the technician they sent out was awesome. They gave me 2 ways to resolve my issue, fixed the problem the same day, and the price was very reasonable in my opinion. Very thorough. Continued to troubleshoot until the problem was identified, then corrected the problem to give us consistent hot water.

These guys figured out a problem I was having with a new hot water heater in my home that another plumbing contractor was unable to locate. Good communication and dedication to solving the issue resolved the problem.

I called after getting a high water bill and checking that my meter was spinning with water into house turned off - thus knowing leak was outside. First tech could not find and recommended firm with electronic leak detection. They found leak in 15 minutes underground and I called Stuarts to come back & repair. Were here within the hour. Juan & Justin were friendly, professional and fixed the leak at main water line into irrigation backfill preventer valve. Waited on glue to dry. Tested everything and refilled hole. Meter no longer spinning. Great service and would recommend to others in the area. Only hiccup was a trip for parts because contractor who installed our irrigation system when house was built didn’t use standard sized irrigation pipe. Great exchange of emails to let me know who was coming and when they would arrive. Kudos for that.

We had had a leak outside next to the water valve. This was our first time doing business with Stuart's and they did not disappoint. They made our work order a priority and someone was out at our place in less than 2 hrs. Johel was our plumbing technician. In less than an hour he had identified the problem and the leak was fixed before noon at half the cost of roto-rooter! We'll definitely be utilizing Stuart's plumbing in the future!!!!

We have used Stuart's Plumbing several times over the last couple of years and are very pleased with their promptness, efficiency and professionalism.In this case, we had a large outdoor plumbing leak on our main line. Stuart's Plumbing sent Juan and Justin out the next business day and they were fantastic! They diagnosed the leak quickly, thoroughly explained the repair and gave a fair and accurate quote to properly fix the leak. Juan and Justin had this huge job completed within a few hours and beautifully cleaned up everything behind them.I would highly recommend Stuart's Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest and reliable plumber.

Honest review: Technician was very helpful to get the unit warming again but I am afraid that this new water heater?? that was placed less than 2 years ago is not a good one. I have already called for service twice and would have to run the water for several minutes for it to warm up. The unit I had before was over 20 years old but didn't have so much issues. The technicians are usually knowledgeable and polite but it is disappointing to pay for services on this new unit. I was told I would have to reach out to the manufacturer but it was the company that brought and installed this unit: it would help if the company assist with reaching out to them; as this unit usually lasts for 6 years. Stuart always responds promptly, all of the techs are professional and they only do the work actually needed, no "upselling" to inflate the price. They actually tell you that you don't need something done.

Kent and Seth were professional and thorough with repairing our broke. Washer connections. They keep us informed of what they need to do the repairs and the reason for the parts that used. Amazing job and ensured things were restored to normal.

Called Stuart’s. Eric was here within an hour. Outdoor drain pipe had backed up when used the washing machine. Eric had to pull the toilet to find blockage as the outside drain was hiding under a bush and was installed at an angle. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. Explained everything that he doing. Gave 3 options ranging in price to repair the issue. Stayed until the job was finished! On Monday, November 11th, Paul and his apprentice came to my house after a plumbing issue in my bathroom the afternoon before. They spent many hours trying to determine the exact issue and unclogging the drain. It was determined that I had about 10 to 12 feet of original piping from the 1980s that was causing the issue and would need to be replaced. Although they fixed my plumbing issue, I had to schedule a pipe replacement. Both of these men took the time to explain everything to me about the old piping and what would need to be done, and that they would have an estimate sent to me within a few days.After receiving the estimate, I scheduled the appointment and Juan and Joelle came back to my house on November 20 and spent 9 AM to 6 PM both digging up the piping which was about 8 foot underground, and doing the replacement, as well as connecting the piping from my washing machine to the new piping.Unfortunately, because of the darkness, they could not finish and came back the morning of November 21. Juan and Sebastian finished the fill in and replacing the concrete that they had to break up, in addition to testing the lines for both my bathroom and my washing machine. I could not be any happier with Stuart’s Plumbing. I have used this company for six years for all of my plumbing issues. Not only do they offer, professional, courteous, and expedited service, their prices are reasonable, and their plumbers are fabulous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

Eric did an excellent job fixing a very difficult drain issue. He stuck to the original plan and price even though the job turned out to be much tougher than expected. He came prepared with all the right tools and was persistent until it was done right. Very grateful for his work.

I was given a window of arrival 1-4pm. At 3:30pm I got a call saying they were running behind. Asked if I could reschedule for tomorrow? I said no I can't. She said they would call when on the way. The technician Manny called to say he was ten minutes out. He came, introduced himself. I invited him in. He asked what was going on? I explained I have bubbly & separation in my flooring. When I step near the seams, I can see a slight bit of water seeping through. Manny asked me some more questions about what I have noticed. He then explained to me what he would be doing. Also, giving me some insight into his experience of what could be. He proceeded to go under the house to check what could be leaking. After coming back thought it strange. Seeing a few wet spots but no "leak". He turned on the kitchen faucet (which was nearby) to see if that was the cause. Went back under the house. Still that was not leaking. He checked for water sources inside . . . under the sink, both bathrooms, ac intake etc... He asked me if he can pull out my refrigerator & thank God he did. Looking behind it, he showed me the water line to the ice maker was leaking. He gave me some info if I wanted to DIY as well as a quote if I wanted Stuart's to fix it. We settled up on payment. He asked me if there was anything else he could do? I gave him a hearty handshake & thank you. I am grateful it was not more involved under the house as I initially thought. $200 is not $2,000+. I cannot complain #1) my primary issue was resovled. #2) I can go to bed with piece of mind tonight. I supposed thats why the professionals get the big $$. Truth be told, Manny knew where to look when I would not have thought of the ice maker having a water line. I say all that to say it was money well spent. Thank you Manny & Stuart's.
