Nice guys, fast professional service and fair price by today’s standard
Erik was great. Called ahead about 15-20 minutes to tell me he was coming. Brought booties with him when requested (toddlers on the floor!). Gave me a quick rundown of price and expectations for first attempt at repair and what would happen if that was unsuccessful. Completed the repair and payment in under 45 minutes and price was just as quoted!I also have to sing the praises of the office staff when we scheduled the appointment. Told me the exact expectations of time of arrival for technician, offered if a spot came open earlier/same day that they would call, but was clear to not promise it would be same day. Collected all the information and gave me a straight forward price for assessment that would be applied if we completed the repair (no extra costs!).Great experience and highly recommend!
Technician Lee was great and very professional. Explained everything prior to starting the job. I was very pleased, impressed and surprised to be able to get same day installation service for my old leaking water heater. Not just the same day but within several hours of calling!! I will definitely refer Stuart's Plumbing to neighbors.

I was fortunate to be able to get Stuart's Plumbing Services out the same day I called. I had used them once before, many years ago, so there were the company I called again.The technician was polite, efficient and he didn't have to come back anorher day to fix my leak, he fixed my leak in one day. No more leaking pipe! 🙏While he was at my home I had the plumber fix another problem I had been ignoring for a while, but knew it would bit me in tail down the road if I didn't address it now. Killing 2 birds with one stone

Stuart’s Plumbing recently completed a full house repiping of our home. The project took four days. From the very beginning, they were organized, courteous and professional. The four man team was led by Martin Perez. Martin kept us informed daily as to the progress and what to expect. I have only good things to say about Martin and the entire Company. We highly recommend Stuarts’s Plumbing and will continue use them for all our plumbing needs.

Mr. Martin Perez, Stuarts Plumbing, plumber is on time, always listens, and is a hard worker.
Jeff was the tech who showed up and I cannot say enough for not only the job he did, but his professionalism and manners were outstanding. I have used Stuart's twice now and each time the techs were very professional and just very nice people in general. I believe that Stuart's is a company that you can trust to do whats in their best interest and whats best for yours. And that's very rare these days.

Called Stuart's Plumbing around 11:30 and someone was there by 2pm. Lee was very fast and efficient. Thank you to Stuart's Plumbing for taking great care of your customers. Another thing I really appreciate is that they text and email you a picture and bio of your technician so you know they are who they are supposed to be.

Did a great job rebuilding our toilet. Very responsive and professional. They communicated the whole time up until Lee Gaston arrived. They sent a picture and bio beforehand which made me very comfortable. Lee did a great job and was very friendly and competent. As mentioned earlier I will use this company again when the occasion arises.

Within 3 hours, Paul found the issue, cleaned the issue, and repaired a drain for further assistance. Stuart the owner was here and he helped me advance my claim with no issues. A huge thank you to Eric who assisted! By the next morning, we had the issue fixed and repaired. BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN POLK COUNTY!
The piping was not run as instructed.They were told to run the pipe at an angle which they did not do.

Awesome service! Our plumbing technician Lee was professional and thorough. We needed new stems and fixtures in our tub/shower. It was discovered that the valve behind the tile would have to be replaced as well. The work was done quickly, cleanly and exceeded expectations. The price was very reasonable. Will definitely use Stuart's Plumbing again. Highly recommended for your plumbing needs.

GENTLEMEN ARRIVED PROMPTLY, GOT RIGHT TO WORK AND SOLVED PROBLEM PRICE WAS FAIR, AND 90 DAY WARANTEE .
We had the relining of our main drain worked on but there were some unexpectant issues that made the repairs more difficult. Our timeline got pushed but the employees were very accommodating to ensure quality work was done and even assisted in getting the repair of my tile fixed for the extra area that had to be taken out. Would recommend them I had wonderful customer service.
The technician (Gus) was very polite, professional, and competent. The office staff was very helpful and communicated well from start to finish.Did a great job and highly recommend him and his company.
6/21/24 - They came to rerun the main water line from the meter to our house. They were there first think in the morning and got right to work. Jonathan and Eric were great. They ran the new line so it would be easy for the irrigation company to tie in. That meant running the water line under two sections of our drive instead of one. No complaints or issues and they were done by mid afternoon. Covered all of the ditches from the new line and cleaned everything up. Great company and service.6/20/24 - We live in a house built in the 60’s so it has its fair share of plumbing problems. The main water feed into the house split and started spraying. They’re galvanized pipes and very old. They came within 30 minutes and Paul was able to patch it temporarily until they can return tomorrow and replace the entire line from the meter to the house. That saved us from being without water the entire night. Always prompt and always efficient. We don’t use anyone else.11/28/22 - Our kitchen sink stopped up today. I was able to check the main sewer lines outside and determined that the clog was between the kitchen and the main line. I did what I could but was unable to clear the clog. I called Stuart's Plumbing and Jonathan was my technician. It took him 2 attempts of snaking out the line from under the sink. On the second try he finally cleared the clog. He didn't give up until it was cleared and the sink drained well. He cleaned up everything (and it was a mess with grease from the drain pipe.) Excellent work from Jonathan.1/3/22 - We've had plumbing issues for years at this house. Stuart's has been out multiple times to snake out the sewer line. After another clog, Paul came with a camera and found the issue. We needed about 6' of old orange burl replaced. That's where the clogs always happened.Aaron and Ethen came this morning to replace the old line. It's now all PVC and they added a new cleanout. They were very quick and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up before they left and they explained what they were doing all along the way. Great teams at Stuart's.----6/21/21 - Luis came prepared to remove the cement around a toilet flange and replace the old cast iron flange that had disintegrated with a new pvc flange. After he started, he found that he did not have to remove any of the cement and was able to install the pvc flange after removing the old cast iron. He saved me half of the original estimate and the work was finished in about an hour instead of the 4 hour estimate.They also were able to come quickly to do this work. I have flooring installers coming in a few days and this repair needed to be done before then.Great, friendly staff and they really know what they’re doing. Highly recommend them.

Paul is extremely professional and polite and his work was top shelf. He was on time. We needed a new water heater and had family coming in soon. Stuart's juggled the schedule and installed it within 3 days, despite being very busy. I have used Stuart's for other projects (some fairly complicated) and have always been very pleased. Five Star!

We had several companies in the Lakeland area come out for estimates for the repiping of my parents' manufactured home that had polybutalene pipes. We contacted Stuart's Plumbing and they came out and gave us a reasonable estimate. Stuart's staff returned our calls and answered all our questions. We were dealing with this issue long distance and they put our mind at ease. They came out the first week of June 2024 to do the work. They had 3 workers come out and were done the same day! They were courteous and left the area clean. They not only replaced the pipes, they replaced the water shut off valve and routed water heater drain pipe to go under the house which is required for home insurance inspection. Overall we are highly satisfied with the work and customer service of Stuart's Plumbing and highly recommend them.

Stuart’s Plumbing was awesome! The plumber was on time and very professional. I have never needed one and I was in good hands. Communication was great and the pricing was fair. My main toilet was clogged and he immediately found the problem. The plumber also addressed a few minor things. If you need a plumber in Lakeland, call them today!
I wanted to give Stuart Plumbing another opportunity to install a water heater in another house I have.With Jonathan coming to give the estement and all his information to help decide what unit to install he made it very easy. He had installed my sons water heater two years ago.He suggested that he would have Daniel Johnson come and do the installation having 23 years experience. Daniel did a great job working hard in the heat and paying close attention to detail.Everything turned out great. He was very helpful explaining about the new hot water heater. We have used Stuart's Plumbing multiple times. Each time the person is very respectful and tells us the truth up front. They tell you the cost before they begin the work.
