We were in need of 4 new faucets and were very happy with Martin who called before arriving and did a wonderful job working with some unusual piping in our home. Very pleased with the results. We received an email and text prior to his arrival as well as a phone call from him when he was 10 minutes out. Update: forward to 2025 and dripping shower. Plumbing needed updating and fixtures replaced. Lee was sent and we had another excellent service call.
Johel came to our home later in the afternoon. Upon his arrival he seemed very professional and quickly assed what was needed to install a new replacement water heater. He called before he arrived asking questions about type and size of the water heater. He was prepared when he arrived at our home. I have had a lot of service representatives over the years visit our house. Johel is the GOAT of all Service Reps and my wife and I thought he was great. He was very professional, explained everything, was very good at his work, cleaned up the work space and insured the water heater work perfectly. Covered the warranty coverage and asked if there was anything else we needed done. Not this time but what every our plumbing problems are in the future we will call Stuarts Plumbing. Oh yes and Halley on your phone at your office was also the best. Thanks Stuart Team.
I was really pleased with the prompt response to my dilemma when the water heater went out in the recent cold weather we were having that week. Within a couple hours, Lee, a wonderful technician arrived and removed the old heater and replaced it as well as fixing a small leak. I am looking forward to Stuart's working on other issues they found. Job well done!

Juan, Seth and Jackson were our angels from Stuart’s Plumbing!! We were having our 1967 house repiped!! They started out with a bang! As soon as Juan went through first, got his game plan and away they went!! They took a short lunch break and off they went til the end of first day!! Cleaned up and were gone!! Second day went the same way!! They were such a great group of young men! Intuned to their jobs and each other!!! Juan always came to us if for any reason, the plan of action was going to change!! Kent was personable and efficient. He clearly explained what needed to be done, and was quite willing to discuss issues with my handyman who knows a whole lot more than me. This was a good experience and would use the company's services again.

I had Stuart's come over during the week last week for a backed up toilet. The tech there could not find the problem. I then had them put in a new toilet. I was satisfied with the work.

Stuart's Plumbing exceeded expectations. The staff member who came out to assess a clogged toilet gave me ALL options with NO pressure! Because the pricing was reasonable and expert opinion given freely on my thoughts, I ended up opting for not only one but both toilets in my house being replaced. They also replaced my water heater that needed to be moved from the middle to the corner of my garage (where it should be). The work done on both toilets and the water heater was flawless. All crew members were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I will always use and recommend Stuart's Plumbing!

Wonderful and very professional service. They showed up on schedule and slowly explained their process of identifying the problems and then offered options. They itemized the costs before continuing. They never stopped for a moment to get our job done. They came equipped with the right pump and other parts and worked until 7:30 pm in the dark with mosquitos biting in a bunch of mud and worst. They cleaned up everything as well. Really appreciated their great service. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Johel came out earlier than expected. He did a thorough inspection of our problem and let us know what he was finding and doing every step of the way. He found what was wrong and took care of it. He also found an additional problem that probably is causing the problem we call him out for. He gave us an estimate and we will take care of it later. Johel has been here before for the repipe we had done a few months ago. He is very professional and at the same time very personable. We will always call Stuart’s for plumbing! I called a little after 9am to make an appt due to a leak under my kitchen sink. I received a call back before 10am and was told someone will be here between 10 and 2pm. I was shocked when I received a call about 10min later from Lee who said he was 10min away. He arrived, assessed the situation, gave me a quote which was very reasonable and got to work. We had a toilet that was very wobbly and leaking. The contractor we usually use stopped the leak once before but couldn't stop the wobble. Recently it started leaking again so I decided to look for an actual plumber. I saw Stuart's online with high ratings so I decided to give them a try. They were awesome. Their guy not only stopped the leak but stabilized it too. It's solid now. He did a really great job. Their representative was super nice too. I will definitely call them again in the future should the need arise.

Jeffery and Skylar amazing team, had kitchen drain issue, two other plumbing companies came to house, without fixing problem. Stuart plumbing showed up on time, fixed drain issue from kitchen and installed new toilet. Excellent job and fair prices. My only regret was not hiring them first, but AHS home warranty would not allow me to hire anyone. Had to pay for plumbing done today and will not be reimbursed, but I am happy to Pay Stuart’s plumbing who fixed the problem and were so kind and helpful . Jeffery is definitely the drain expert, so pleased to have my kitchen back. Thank you so much, great company, recommend them highly. Finally fixed ! Just called Stuart’s plumbing again for house leak in bathroom. In floor, concrete slab, pipes are old, can happen again, so decided to replace with new pipes in attic. Kent and Pete came and found problem and gave me exceptional honest advice to resolve leak issue. Jack, Pete and Seth came to house to install all new pipes and hot water heater. They are an amazing team , very hard working, courteous and worked out many issues when dealing with older home. Very pleased with the work done, completed in two days. We were initially hesitant when Stewart's scheduled an apprentice plumber to us for our toilet repair. But stewart's has been trusted in lakeland for Many years, and we needed the leak fixed quickly. Johel did an excellent job! It turns out the leak was caused by a crack in the phlange, due to the " professional" who originally installed the toilet not ensuring it was fully level and tight. What started out as a simple job, quickly changed into something more complicated but it didn't bother him one bit ! He explained to me what was needed to correct the problem and stabilize the toilet. He adjusted the phlange to make space for two metal bracers, drilling bolts INTO CONCRETE like he had done this a hundred times. Even with the unexpected hiccup, the toilet was reinstalled ( and level checked ! ), all cleaned up and payment processed in less than an hour from when he arrived. ( will not tell you how long the "pro" took for the original install - with an assistant) And this is why Stewart's has been in business so long ! They train them so well that their APPRENTICES do better work than anybody else!

Manny and Seth did an excellent installation of my Navien tankless water heater and removal of my old tank heater. They did all the appropriate test of all connections and answered all my questions. They even made a new connection for my refrigerator water for ice connection. They cleaned out where the old heater was located. Now I have endless hot water.

I called after getting a high water bill and checking that my meter was spinning with water into house turned off - thus knowing leak was outside. First tech could not find and recommended firm with electronic leak detection. They found leak in 15 minutes underground and I called Stuarts to come back & repair. Were here within the hour. Juan & Justin were friendly, professional and fixed the leak at main water line into irrigation backfill preventer valve. Waited on glue to dry. Tested everything and refilled hole. Meter no longer spinning. Great service and would recommend to others in the area. Only hiccup was a trip for parts because contractor who installed our irrigation system when house was built didn’t use standard sized irrigation pipe. Great exchange of emails to let me know who was coming and when they would arrive. Kudos for that.
We had had a leak outside next to the water valve. This was our first time doing business with Stuart's and they did not disappoint. They made our work order a priority and someone was out at our place in less than 2 hrs. Johel was our plumbing technician. In less than an hour he had identified the problem and the leak was fixed before noon at half the cost of roto-rooter! We'll definitely be utilizing Stuart's plumbing in the future!!!!

Stuart's Plumbing sent Juan and Justin out the next business day and they were fantastic! They diagnosed the leak quickly, thoroughly explained the repair and gave a fair and accurate quote to properly fix the leak. Honest review: Technician was very helpful to get the unit warming again but I am afraid that this new water heater?? that was placed less than 2 years ago is not a good one. I have already called for service twice and would have to run the water for several minutes for it to warm up. The unit I had before was over 20 years old but didn't have so much issues. The technicians are usually knowledgeable and polite but it is disappointing to pay for services on this new unit. I was told I would have to reach out to the manufacturer but it was the company that brought and installed this unit: it would help if the company assist with reaching out to them; as this unit usually lasts for 6 years.
