Hailey Farrington, CSR at Stuart’s Plumbing, began her career in the plumbing industry in 2024, bringing with her a diverse background in childcare and customer service. Prior to entering the plumbing field, she worked in daycare and most recently held positions at Publix and State Farm, where she honed her interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Hailey has a natural talent for connecting with people and takes great satisfaction in getting to know her customers while helping them resolve issues efficiently. Her favorite part of the job is making a positive impact through both conversation and service.
Outside of work, Hailey enjoys a variety of hobbies, including reading, watching true crime documentaries, playing video games, and caring for children. Those closest to her describe her as empathetic, caring, and optimistic—someone who always sees the best in people and finds the silver lining in any situation.
