I can't say enough good things about this plumbing company! Jeff, the technician, was exceptional... so much so that I honestly thought he might be the owner. He provided clear options without any pressure, was incredibly transparent about the issues we have now and may face in the future, and took the time to explain every step of the process. He walked me through what he did, how he did it, and what he observed before and after the service. Jeff’s professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for his work were truly impressive. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-notch service!
Daniel was wonderful! We had mess when our hot water heater decided to leak through our floor. He didn't blink an eye. Showed me all of our options and explained every choice. Only company we will call for any plumbing needs!
The people that worked for Stuart plumbing are very professional and understanding why the guys were here working I asked questions and they answered them as I asked them very knowledgeable and very professional and down home people they were just like someone that you met and that you could have a good conversation with And they teach you as they’re talking to you very professional and I look forward to doing business with Stuart plumbing in the future and I will tell my friends and family how great their service is. We woke up to a backup and overflow in our bathrooms. Being new to the area we found the great ratings on Stuart’s Plumbing and called. Eric came out in the early afternoon and went above and beyond to fix our issue and keeping us apprised throughout the process. Eric was knowledgeable and courteous and made sure everything was addressed. I would absolutely recommend Stuart’s for any plumbing emergencies.
I want to give the highest accolades to Jeff from Stuart’s. Jeff has such deep integrity, explains things in layman’s terms. He has vast knowledge and his compassion for customers who are experiencing major plumbing issues is so impressive. I have a new build in which Stuart Plumbing has provided service from start to finish. Each and every member of the Stuart team, from Andrea in the front office, to the owner Stuart, to the plumber Jonathan Roop and the rest of the team have been great to work with. True professionals providing excellent work.Most importantly, in my book, is the constant and regular communication from start to finish, everystep of the way. Thank you for a smoothly run project.

I had a slow draining pipe from my kitchen sink. Frank Gay Services sent technicians out THREE times and charged me more than $1000. Problem was not corrected!! I called Stuart Plumbing and Jeffrey came out, bringing Scott with him. They tried snaking the pipe from the sink side with lousy results. Jeffrey decided to snake the line from the cleanout, something that Frank Gay technicians claimed they couldn't do. Lo and behold, as I watched from the sink, water drained from the sink AS FAST AS IT DID BEFORE! I ran the water in the sink for five minutes full blast and no backup! Thank you, Jeffrey! Damn good thinking! Guess who I won't be calling back for plumbing issues?

Stuart's plumbing was incredibly fast and efficient in getting out to me. Eric was able to find and clear a clog in my main line and communicated with me throughout the process. Later I fount a shattered pipe and Daniel was also incredibly fast and friendly and was able to rebuild it very quickly so my plumbing was down for minimal time. I would highly recommend!

Joe and his assistant did a fine job of detecting a drain leak in the kitchen. It was a difficult situation requiring them to go through the outside wall. I had two big leaks. All FIXED the same day.
Stuart's Plumbing was the first company I contacted that was not going to charge me a minimum of $49 to tell me how much to install a new water heater. Personally if you have to charge to give quotes, then you charge too much and need to "recoup" the 15 minutes it takes. Pretty basic 50 gallon 240v setup. Setting up the date and time was a breeze and Lee (service tech) was awesome! Very friendly and shared plenty of knowledge. Price to remove, install and haul away was fair for 2024. Because of the legendary customer service initially from Lee, we didn't call anyone else and booked the installation. Process was quick and painless, with the installation of a leak pan and water sensor. Would highly recommend Lee and Stuart's Plumbing!

Had a great experience with Stuart’s plumbing. Called on a Tuesday afternoon and they were out next morning and had the problem fixed that morning that another company was unable to diagnose let alone fix after two visits. Great communication and professionalism. Super happy and will suggest to friends.

Nice guys, fast professional service and fair price by today’s standard
Erik was great. Called ahead about 15-20 minutes to tell me he was coming. Brought booties with him when requested (toddlers on the floor!). Gave me a quick rundown of price and expectations for first attempt at repair and what would happen if that was unsuccessful. Completed the repair and payment in under 45 minutes and price was just as quoted!I also have to sing the praises of the office staff when we scheduled the appointment. Told me the exact expectations of time of arrival for technician, offered if a spot came open earlier/same day that they would call, but was clear to not promise it would be same day. Collected all the information and gave me a straight forward price for assessment that would be applied if we completed the repair (no extra costs!).Great experience and highly recommend!
Technician Lee was great and very professional. Explained everything prior to starting the job. I was very pleased, impressed and surprised to be able to get same day installation service for my old leaking water heater. Not just the same day but within several hours of calling!! I will definitely refer Stuart's Plumbing to neighbors.

I was fortunate to be able to get Stuart's Plumbing Services out the same day I called. I had used them once before, many years ago, so there were the company I called again.The technician was polite, efficient and he didn't have to come back anorher day to fix my leak, he fixed my leak in one day. No more leaking pipe! 🙏While he was at my home I had the plumber fix another problem I had been ignoring for a while, but knew it would bit me in tail down the road if I didn't address it now. Killing 2 birds with one stone

Stuart’s Plumbing recently completed a full house repiping of our home. The project took four days. From the very beginning, they were organized, courteous and professional. The four man team was led by Martin Perez. Martin kept us informed daily as to the progress and what to expect. I have only good things to say about Martin and the entire Company. We highly recommend Stuarts’s Plumbing and will continue use them for all our plumbing needs.

Mr. Martin Perez, Stuarts Plumbing, plumber is on time, always listens, and is a hard worker.
Jeff was the tech who showed up and I cannot say enough for not only the job he did, but his professionalism and manners were outstanding. I have used Stuart's twice now and each time the techs were very professional and just very nice people in general. I believe that Stuart's is a company that you can trust to do whats in their best interest and whats best for yours. And that's very rare these days.

Called Stuart's Plumbing around 11:30 and someone was there by 2pm. Lee was very fast and efficient. Thank you to Stuart's Plumbing for taking great care of your customers. Another thing I really appreciate is that they text and email you a picture and bio of your technician so you know they are who they are supposed to be.

Did a great job rebuilding our toilet. Very responsive and professional. They communicated the whole time up until Lee Gaston arrived. They sent a picture and bio beforehand which made me very comfortable. Lee did a great job and was very friendly and competent. As mentioned earlier I will use this company again when the occasion arises.

10/10; 5 STARS; WOULD RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND! Hands down the best service I have received from contracted plumber help. I have had 2 previous attempts to fix an issue and was dismissed. Within 3 hours, Paul found the issue, cleaned the issue, and repaired a drain for further assistance. Stuart the owner was here and he helped me advance my claim with no issues. A huge thank you to Eric who assisted! By the next morning, we had the issue fixed and repaired. BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN POLK COUNTY!
The piping was not run as instructed.They were told to run the pipe at an angle which they did not do.

Awesome service! Our plumbing technician Lee was professional and thorough. We needed new stems and fixtures in our tub/shower. It was discovered that the valve behind the tile would have to be replaced as well. The work was done quickly, cleanly and exceeded expectations. The price was very reasonable.
