Lee, came out prior to assess the job and provided options to address the pipe leak in the front yard.Due to my huge oak tree and the age of pipes (>14 years),Opted to re-pipe the main water line.Again the finished work was amazing, can’t even tell the front yard was dig up and I feel relieved with an updated main.Thank you!

Stuart's Plumbing did a great job! They were able to help out with my store's issue quickly, professionally, and all on the same day the issue occurred. Eric and Sebastian were awesome to work with! While I hope I don't have an issue where I'll need them again (who wants frequent plumbing issues), if I do have another issue I'm definitely calling them.

Our experience with Stuart Plumbing was excellent. The pipe from the city's water supply to our house was leaking, so we had to shut it off at the meter. We called Stuart's early in the morning and they were at our house in less than an hour and a half. We are very grateful they fit us in so quickly. It is so inconvenient to live without running water.Juan and the other gentleman that was with him were so professional and knowledgeable. They quickly found the leak and repaired it. I thought their invoice was reasonable and the service was exceptional. We will call Stuart's again the next time we need a plumber and will recommend them to friends and family.

Update: We had another plumbing issue today, but as always, Stuart's Plumbing took care of the issue. 5 Star service again!---Previous 5-star Review---Had an old cast iron sewer pipe going to septic tank fail. They quickly diagnosed the problem and got us scheduled for pipe replacement as quickly as they could.Highly Recommended and will use their services again when needed

I definitely would recommend them. I got a plumber by the name of Eric, and he was wonderful. Im a mom so having someone come in and be understanding about the kids is always great. He explained everything to me in a way that i could understand, he kept me in the loop with everything he was going to do. So thanks Eric and staurts plumbing for the help.
Needed a hot water heater replaced, they came out during the appointment window and walked me through everything they fixed at the end. Very professional and friendly.I did not opt for warranty with them but am very happy with the work they did because I could not afford it, but they were gracious enough to do the work with out one. Even answered several other questions for me. Will use again for next issues.

Scheduled Stuart's Plumbing to diagnose an issue the Water Dept thought we had. They came when scheduled. I got email and text notifications, so great communication. Lee showed up and patiently listened to everything I had to say. He methodically checked everything from the meter, hose bib, and all internal taps. Fortunately for us, he confirmed my assessment that there wasn't any issue. They only charged me for the call. They respected my opinions and treated me fairly. I will definitely call them again if I have any issues in the future.

This place charges a lot for what they do !! All they did was get a sea shell out of the toilet and charged $193 for it !! Also wanted another $200 to put toilet back on , which we denied that charge ..and we will put toilet back on ourself.. ‘will not use this company again
Eric arrived on time and he was so nice. He was professional, friendly and had an excellent disposition. He explained the problem thoroughly to me and explained all the different options for solving the problem. We had a 3-foot long clog of toilet paper (yep, you read that right) from a friend coming over to stay and using an insane amount of toilet paper. Eric was able to get to the clog with a snake and found that it had spread to other areas peripheral to the drain line from the home. I am so grateful to him for saving the day and I love that the company offers a 90-day guarantee on the work! My husband has been out of town and I did not want him to come home to this problem to deal with. Eric, thank you so much for everything that you did today. You were a total pleasure and we definitely will be calling Stuart's in the future! I was referred by my sister - your company re-plumbed her home and they are very happy with the work. During Thanksgiving with family over, we ended up with a main line clog. No toilet in the main bathroom, no shower, no kitchen sink to clean Thanksgiving dishes. We tried a plunger to no avail and didn't sleep very well wondering... After Googling local plumbers the very next morning (on Black Friday no less) one really stood out amongst the crowd. 4.9 rating with over 1200 reviews, wow. I placed the call praying someone could get out today and within an hour Eric arrived! I explained to him what happened and he told me right up front what it would cost and I gave him the go ahead! I was really impressed to see him run a camera down the main line first to investigate, pinpoint the exact location outside which happened to be the exact same area (I still had it marked) from 7 years ago. He then ran a saw type snake down the line to the area and cleared the clog. I asked if while he was here and since the toilet had to be removed if he could rebuild the toilet while he was here as sometimes it was hard to push the handle. With out hesitation he said absolutely and did just that once the main line was cleared. Add to the fact they warranty both (the toilet rebuild and clearing the main line) for 90 days blew me away! Who does that in this industry? Eric was very professional, very likeable and explained every step of the process along the way. I in all honesty cannot speak highly enough of Stuart's Plumbing and the employees that represent them. If you have a plumbing problem, look no further!

Great company. Technician Jeff showed up the same day I called and gave me options for repairs with a fair price. Got me scheduled. Tech , Jack and his crew arrived on time and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. Great guys and great communication via text email and phone. They literally got my crap working again. Call them, you won’t be sorry.
Scam company to get service call fees. I told them on the phone I needed to have my sink snaked, the guy comes here and wants to charge me $500. Don't let these people come out and scam you!
On Monday, November 11th, Paul and his apprentice came to my house after a plumbing issue in my bathroom the afternoon before. They spent many hours trying to determine the exact issue and unclogging the drain. It was determined that I had about 10 to 12 feet of original piping from the 1980s that was causing the issue and would need to be replaced. Although they fixed my plumbing issue, I had to schedule a pipe replacement. Both of these men took the time to explain everything to me about the old piping and what would need to be done, and that they would have an estimate sent to me within a few days.After receiving the estimate, I scheduled the appointment and Juan and Joelle came back to my house on November 20 and spent 9 AM to 6 PM both digging up the piping which was about 8 foot underground, and doing the replacement, as well as connecting the piping from my washing machine to the new piping.Unfortunately, because of the darkness, they could not finish and came back the morning of November 21. Juan and Sebastian finished the fill in and replacing the concrete that they had to break up, in addition to testing the lines for both my bathroom and my washing machine. I could not be any happier with Stuart’s Plumbing. I have used this company for six years for all of my plumbing issues. Not only do they offer, professional, courteous, and expedited service, their prices are reasonable, and their plumbers are fabulous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

He provided clear options without any pressure, was incredibly transparent about the issues we have now and may face in the future, and took the time to explain every step of the process. We woke up to a backup and overflow in our bathrooms. Being new to the area we found the great ratings on Stuart’s Plumbing and called. Eric came out in the early afternoon and went above and beyond to fix our issue and keeping us apprised throughout the process. Eric was knowledgeable and courteous and made sure everything was addressed. I would absolutely recommend Stuart’s for any plumbing emergencies.

I had a slow draining pipe from my kitchen sink. Frank Gay Services sent technicians out THREE times and charged me more than $1000. Problem was not corrected!! I called Stuart Plumbing and Jeffrey came out, bringing Scott with him. They tried snaking the pipe from the sink side with lousy results. Jeffrey decided to snake the line from the cleanout, something that Frank Gay technicians claimed they couldn't do. Lo and behold, as I watched from the sink, water drained from the sink AS FAST AS IT DID BEFORE! I ran the water in the sink for five minutes full blast and no backup! Thank you, Jeffrey! Damn good thinking! Guess who I won't be calling back for plumbing issues?

Stuart's plumbing was incredibly fast and efficient in getting out to me. Eric was able to find and clear a clog in my main line and communicated with me throughout the process. Later I fount a shattered pipe and Daniel was also incredibly fast and friendly and was able to rebuild it very quickly so my plumbing was down for minimal time. I would highly recommend!

Joe and his assistant did a fine job of detecting a drain leak in the kitchen. It was a difficult situation requiring them to go through the outside wall. I had two big leaks. All FIXED the same day.
Stuart's Plumbing was the first company I contacted that was not going to charge me a minimum of $49 to tell me how much to install a new water heater. Personally if you have to charge to give quotes, then you charge too much and need to "recoup" the 15 minutes it takes. Pretty basic 50 gallon 240v setup. Setting up the date and time was a breeze and Lee (service tech) was awesome! Very friendly and shared plenty of knowledge. Price to remove, install and haul away was fair for 2024. Because of the legendary customer service initially from Lee, we didn't call anyone else and booked the installation. Process was quick and painless, with the installation of a leak pan and water sensor. Would highly recommend Lee and Stuart's Plumbing!

Erik was great. Called ahead about 15-20 minutes to tell me he was coming. Brought booties with him when requested (toddlers on the floor!). Gave me a quick rundown of price and expectations for first attempt at repair and what would happen if that was unsuccessful. Completed the repair and payment in under 45 minutes and price was just as quoted!I also have to sing the praises of the office staff when we scheduled the appointment. Told me the exact expectations of time of arrival for technician, offered if a spot came open earlier/same day that they would call, but was clear to not promise it would be same day. Collected all the information and gave me a straight forward price for assessment that would be applied if we completed the repair (no extra costs!).Great experience and highly recommend!

I was very pleased, impressed and surprised to be able to get same day installation service for my old leaking water heater. Not just the same day but within several hours of calling!! I was fortunate to be able to get Stuart's Plumbing Services out the same day I called. I had used them once before, many years ago, so there were the company I called again.The technician was polite, efficient and he didn't have to come back anorher day to fix my leak, he fixed my leak in one day. No more leaking pipe! 🙏While he was at my home I had the plumber fix another problem I had been ignoring for a while, but knew it would bit me in tail down the road if I didn't address it now.
