I called Stuart's this morning concerned I may have a leak somehere I couldn't see thanks to an abnormal water bill this month. They were at my doorstep not long after my call and effectively ruled out a leak. While they were there they handled another job I requested after the fact. My tech was very knowledgable, quick, and professional. Exceeded my expectations and they will be my plumbing group moving forward! Thank you

I Have used this company in the past and they have always been upfront and honest with me. Unfortunately, nothing is cheap nowadays, but Stuart's was half the price of another company I called and I did not get a good feeling with the other company at all. I called the other place, because I could not remember the name for this company. I broke a pipe and was desperate to get someone to fix it. After the other place left, I went through every plumber listed until I found Stuart's number. I had remembered their service and the experience. I just could not for the life of me remember their name when I needed it.I WILL NOT FORGET IT AGAIN.
My plumber was Kent. He was great. He listened to my issues. Assessed the problem and was knowledgeable to fix them. He was nice to talk to. Well mannered and a pleasure to work with
Stuart's came on time as promised and quickly determined what the problem was. Their technician advised me of my options and then took the necessary steps to correct the problem. The price was reasonable, and my rental property is up and running again. I'm very pleased and will use Stuart's again if needed in the future.
Lee came to our house to replace an outdoor valve that was leaking. He did an excellent job of detecting the issue, explaining it to us, and resolving the problem. He was friendly and personable. Great work.

Lee Gaston is the best! Polite and funny. We were kept informed during the entire 3 hr service. We had a couple of problems which were both fixed perfectly. We have used Stuarts Plumbing a couple of times and will never use another company. Why should we, they are honest, fair and very good at their trade. Plumbing is expensive, so why not go with a company that gives a 1 year warranty on their work.
Lee arrived on time and provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
There are dozens of Plumbers in my area. I only use Stuart’s. Me and my family have used them for years. They are not inexpensive, but they are definitely worth it!

I had a dripping faucet in my master bath. I called and got an appointment for later that day. The installers arrived early, were very polite, explained my options and took care of the problem in a jiffy! I will use them for any plumbing issues I may encounter in the future and highly recommend them.
We had Jeffery and another gentleman. Both very nice, prompt, and professional. Gave a lot of options. I will be calling again. Would recommend to anyone including customers that I work with on a daily in my career.
UPDATE: I hate my pipes... PAUL FORD IS THE BEST. Always has been, always will be. This is the best plumbing company in town and I'm not sure it's even close. I don't know how he does it so effectively and efficiently, but by God he does. They have my business for life, my children's life, and my grandchildren's life. Should any of my children or grandchildren deny their services, it would be a dark day for America.

Nice people. They came the same day. Unclogged my kitchen sink via the roof. They wanted to charge me $675.00. I asked if they give a discount to seniors (I’m 70 and on s.s.) so they gave me $25.00 off. So $650.00 to clear one line. No thanks. They have lost my business.
Jeff and Joel were respectful, friendly, and took care of my issues quickly. Jeff explained everything in detail and took extra care to make sure I was making the most reasonable decisions. l had other plumbing issues that we discussed and I didn't feel pressured to make decisions, but felt educated and able to decide what to do when the time is right. Stuart's is one of those companies striving to be great in service to its clients. We had the pleasure of Rick coming out to handle a clogged drain line. While it was a weekend, after normal business hours, he took to the time to ensure the problem was resolved. He also had insightful recommendations for how to prevent further issues. He did this all wearing boot covers to protect our home and wipe up any issues or spots, he quickly worked to solve our problem and take care of our home. Mr. Lee Gaston came , he presented his findings asked if where he parked was ok, asked if I wanted him to cover his feet. Stuarts plumbing did a great job installing our septic lines and also all the incoming water lines. They even removed and hauled away the old drain lines. This is one of the few places that actually answers their phone.I recently had another issue and made an after hours online appt. They all seem to be a pretty good bunch of guys.

He discovered my sewer line was not only clogged with roots but completely busted. He went as far as providing photos and videos for my claims. The folks of Stuart Plumbing Service, Lakeland, FL are GREAT to work with. I was able to secure an appointment in a few days after calling.Their approach to customers is straight forward but not coercive. I was given the decision of waiting or changing out my 15 year old hot water heater that had one good element still working. I made the decision to change out the unit. Thus insuring hot water would be there for me for as long as I needed to run it.The same tech came to install the unit, just a week after the initial appointment and had the job done in about an hour. These guys are great! Could not recommend a better pluming company! They helped my family out tremendously after we had a pipe burst and flood the house. They sent Kent out to assess the damage and scheduled the repair a week later and on a weekend too! Kent and his crew showed up and knocked it out fast! They turned a 2 day job into a 1 day job and we were back up and running! They were super professional and courteous during the whole job to my family and I. We were in need of 4 new faucets and were very happy with Martin who called before arriving and did a wonderful job working with some unusual piping in our home. Very pleased with the results. We received an email and text prior to his arrival as well as a phone call from him when he was 10 minutes out. Update: forward to 2025 and dripping shower. Plumbing needed updating and fixtures replaced. Lee was sent and we had another excellent service call.

Stuart's Plumbing did a great job! They were able to help out with my store's issue quickly, professionally, and all on the same day the issue occurred. Eric and Sebastian were awesome to work with!
