As the Director of Community Engagement and HR administrator of Stuart’s Plumbing, Tayler Baldick is charged with both internal and community involvement. Tayler’s professional focus is on payroll and hiring, where she has a passion for building and maintaining the “Family First” culture of the company. She has served on the United Way Community Investment Team, was the Young Leaders Society Membership Chair, and the Women United Garden Party Chair. She is now a member of the Alexis De Tocqueville Society and is the proud Chair of Women United where she does what she does best; connect with like-minded women to serve the Lakeland Community. Tayler is a member of Leadership Lakeland Class XLI, is on the Southeastern University Trades Advisory Council, and is a member of The Junior League of Greater Lakeland, where she has served on Reading is Fundamental, Clothe the Community, and Kid’s Clinic committees. With all of her community service and dedicated volunteer work, Tayler was a recipient of the Polk Emerging Leader Award in 2023. When Tayler isn’t working or volunteering, she is living up to her standing as a fifth generation Floridian and enjoying the sun, surf, and sand with her husband and two children.
