Director of Community Engagement & Human Resources
As the Director of Community Engagement, Tayler Baldick serves on several committees with local charitable organizations and enjoys working with like-minded people to serve the Lakeland community. Tayler is on the United Way Community Investment Team, the Women United Volunteer Subcommittee, is the Chair of the Spring Event Subcommittee, and serves on the Women United Steering Committee. Through these opportunities, Tayler is able to work with UWCF to serve the Lakeland area through volunteerism. Tayler is also a member of The Junior League of Greater Lakeland, where she serves on the Reading is Fundamental committee which distributes free books to the children of Greater Lakeland to support early childhood literacy. With all of her philanthropic activities and dedicated volunteer work, Tayler was nominated for and won a “Polk Emerging Leader Award” in 2023. As the HR administrator, Tayler’s professional focus is on payroll and hiring, where she has a passion for building and maintaining the “Family First” culture of the company. When Tayler isn’t working or volunteering she is busy wrangling her and Stuart’s two kids and, as a family, they can often be found at the beach or hiking.
