Once again, Stuart's Plumbing to the rescue!This time it was a hot water heater that was not heating our water. One call and Lee was at our door with knowledge and a friendly demeanor! Today, September 16, 2025, is truly a milestone for us (the DeVeras). Stuarts Plumbing and its exemplary service representatives, Jeffrey Marsland and Johel, showed us the epitome of stellar service and professionalism, promptly and efficiently fixing our truly bad sewage clogs and other issues that had not been addressed by other plumbing companies we used in the past. They carefully assessed what had long been plaguing our drainage and sewage systems and courteously gave us two options, depending on our current budget. We felt no pressure to choose the more expensive option; instead, they took the time to explain to us why it would be the more efficient, practical, and cost-saving choice in the long run. One can easily sense how this company and its service professionals deeply respect their customers and homeowners--from their respectful and cordial demeanor to their use of shoe covers or booties to protect their clients' homes from dirt and scuffs. We were privy to how Jeffrey and Johel went out of their way to address all our repair needs -- we saw their "going the distance" work ethics in full view, and along with SP's reasonable price and strong warranty, we're glad to give this Polk County's gem of a service company our very rare FIVE STARS. We felt seen and valued as elderly customers, and yes, we can now sleep soundly, knowing that there are still companies and service professionals like SP and Jeffrey and Johel who deserve our utmost gratitude and respect.

Lee from Stuart's Plumbing did a fantastic job. I was notified that he was on his way, he arrived on time, was very pleasant to have in our home, and did a quality job of replacing two faucets and a series of old water valves.

His professionalism, his knowledge, his willingness to explain what was going on and why, he put everything back the way it was when he was finished... Called in morning for a repair to garbage disposal drain clog. Even though it was Friday afternoon they had someone here within a few hours and fixed the problem.

Jeff was an excellent technician and very informative, however my initial issue was not resolved. Jeff was able to run camera and check pipes for blockage but the pipe going into the septic was clogged and able to clear.

Really excellent and I am glad I called them! We had water leaking under the house (we're on a slab) and they came right away. Instead of putting the repair on hold they came back and jackhammered to find the pipe leaking. They found it, replaced the part that needed it, poured concrete over the area and cleaned up. We are really happy with Stuart's Plumbing and will recommend them over and over again.

Eric & Johel did an excellent job at milling and hydrojetting the main drains at my home. They also were able to correct a defect they discovered during the camera inspection at a connection just upstream of the septic tank. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality plumbing work.

Lee Gaston arrived on time and completed the job and cleaned up any mess he made in replacing a water heater. He is friendly and very professional.

Kent Norris arrived promptly and rapidly assessed the work. This was one of those home owner worked on the shower to the point of failure situations. Kent was professional, polite, and applied his knowledge and skill to get the job done!!

I was in a rush to have a non-emergency drip in my shower fixed. Stuart's got me in same day and Manuel was professional and very helpful. The job ended up being a little more work than anticipated but he got it done. A plumbing repair is never inexpensive, but when it is done well from call in to the finished job it makes the payment a little more easy to swallow.

I had a repipe done on my house for insurance purposes and Stuart’s plumbing got it done quick, efficiently and at a great price. From the free quote they provided to the actual repipe process, I was in great hands. They answered all my questions, no matter how many I asked and clarified anything I was unsure about. The paperwork they provided was clear and concise, easy enough for someone with no plumbing knowledge to understand. During the repipe process they checked with me every step of the way and made sure to communicate what was being done and asked if it was okay before cutting into any walls. After the repipe was done, there was no major damage to any walls at all. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Stuart’s plumbing and will for sure recommend them and use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

My initial contact with Haleigh was to schedule leak detection. Haleigh was knowledgeable, positive and professional. Stuarts Plumbing contacted me multiple times prior to our plumber, Kent, arriving. Kent was early! Following a thorough inspection of our water leak, Kent suggested an option to solve the problem. The option worked, at a lesser cost than quoted, and was completed in a timely manner. Stuarts Plumbing is highly recommended.

After noticing a puddle on the side of our house near a pipe I called Stuart's plumbing to get some advice about what we should. They took my photos and had a supervisor take a look to confirm that it was indeed a plumbing issue. They then told me they would be coming out first thing the next day. Our technician's name is Lee Gaston he was on time, thorough and kind as he explained the entire process to me and my husband. We knew from the beginning where our price range would start since he understood where the issue might have originated from and this dispelled a lot of anxiety we had about the issue overall. He only took a few hours of time to complete the project end to end and midstride took the time to show me what happened, how it was fixed and additionally took some steps to help make sure the exposed pipes were less likely to become brittle in the sun. The time and care that Lee put into his craft shows - I wholeheartedly recommend him and Stuart's Plumbing to anyone who is having a plumbing issue and in a fixed income situation like my family. I called Stuart's this morning concerned I may have a leak somehere I couldn't see thanks to an abnormal water bill this month. They were at my doorstep not long after my call and effectively ruled out a leak. While they were there they handled another job I requested after the fact. I call them and make appointment i specific ate wath i need and they said $55 for check when the thecnic apear i explain wath i need he told me $350 dollar more for check so i paid the visit they want to rob me after i explain the check the i need they rob me $55 dollar dont call them

I Have used this company in the past and they have always been upfront and honest with me. Unfortunately, nothing is cheap nowadays, but Stuart's was half the price of another company I called and I did not get a good feeling with the other company at all. I called the other place, because I could not remember the name for this company. I broke a pipe and was desperate to get someone to fix it. After the other place left, I went through every plumber listed until I found Stuart's number. I had remembered their service and the experience. I just could not for the life of me remember their name when I needed it.I WILL NOT FORGET IT AGAIN.

My plumber was Kent. He was great. He listened to my issues. Assessed the problem and was knowledgeable to fix them. He was nice to talk to. Well mannered and a pleasure to work with

Stuart's came on time as promised and quickly determined what the problem was. Their technician advised me of my options and then took the necessary steps to correct the problem. The price was reasonable, and my rental property is up and running again. I'm very pleased and will use Stuart's again if needed in the future.
